We want to congratulate the musical club and its teacher, Alejandro Orozco, for the achievements obtained in the festival of choirs and ensembles last weekend. Our school obtained the first position with María José Valbuena, as best interpreter of winds; the third place in the categories tropical set, varied ensemble and instrumental ensemble and an award for musical group of Elementary, choir and vocal technique, for the participation in the children category.
In addition, our Wind Orchestra, along with the Symphonic Band of the Universidad de Antioquia, offered a concert at Unicentro last Sunday, where there was a massive attendance and our students were acclaimed because of their excellent participation.
