When must I begin the admission process for my child at The Montessori School?
As early at the child is 8 months-12 months, parents must call the school at phone number 3171400 Ext. 125 to the Communications Department in order to reserve a spot for the informative sessions that take place during the school year. In the meetings, parents learn about the School’s philosophy, methodology, and other important aspects regarding the institution. Parents are invited to do a tour of the facilities and receive the application form for admission.
At what age does a child enter our Daycare school?
Children are admitted to our Daycare school on the year they turn 3 years old.
Are interviews or assessments performed to aspiring children to Daycare school?
No. Only the parents are interviewed.
If my child will not join Daycare school may I start the admission process for another year?
It is subject to availability. The family’s first step is to check if there is availability of enrollment in other grades. The School will then give an application form to parents and conduct interviews. From 1st Grade on, students must take an admission exam in Math, Spanish, and English.
Is The Montessori School a bilingual school?
Yes. Montessori School is in the Bilingual National Category and students are considered in the Upper Intermediate Level (or B2), according to The Common European Framework of Reference for Languages: Learning, Teaching, and Assessment, abbreviated as CEFR.
Can students join foreign immersion programs?
